During March 1915 Louis Harley continued to undergo training before sailing to France in April.
However his younger brother Norman , who had joined the 4th Battalion Black Watch (Dundee's Own) was already in France and involved in the action at Neuve Chappelle.
Norman Harley is fourth from right in the row in front of the back row. Along from him are Herbert Ferrier and Douglas Prain Bruce ( his first cousin)
