25 and 26 October 1916
In No 2 Hospital. Wrote Norrie.
Saw Capt. Wright, ear specialist.
Wrote Beath.
While Louis did not specify which hospital he had been moved to on 23 October , he notes here it is No 2. This was a rather grand building- The Palais- originally built for the 1900 Olympics sailing regatta. It was used again in 1924 for the second Olympics hosted by Paris and was destroyed by fire in 1942.
The image above has been copied from the Morgan Fourman site and has been gratefully used to show the building Louis was in.
